Recently, I searched for a simple listening exercise to practise the prepositions of place with my students. I looked through five elementary textbooks and I found no suitable listening. That was why I decided to create my own exercises.
In this post you will find two worksheets and listening exercises. Each time students listen and draw the missing things in the pictures.
Exercise One
Print the following picture for each student:

Students listen to the following recording and draw the pictures in the correct place.
Play the recording at least three times. When you finish playing the recording, display the picture on the board and ask the students to tell you where the things are. Listen to them and draw the things in the correct places.
